This four-week private series walks you through everything from the stages of labor and how your body works in birth, to creating a birth plan that reflects your values and preferences. We will explore birth interventions, advocacy, and hands -on partner support and even cover postpartum, breastfeeding basics and newborn care.

While there is an outline, and course notebook that I provide, classes are conversational, meaning I love when you ask questions and are engaged. It helps the class be uniquely tailored to you and your needs. The goal is you leave feeling informed, supported, and grounded as you prepare to meet your baby.
