As your birth doula, I'm with you every step of the way. From our first chat to supporting you through the early postpartum. My goal is to help you feel calm, confident, and truly cared for through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I offer full-spectrum doula support that’s emotional, physical, and informational, whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, or something in between. I’ll be there to listen, guide, cheer you on and help you advocate for the birth experience you want.
Together, we will create a plan that aligns with your vision and values, so you feel prepared, supported and empowered when the big day comes and those early postpartum days.

Virtual Doula Support
Perfect for families outside my local area or anyone wanting support without in person care. We’ll connect over video throughout your pregnancy and postpartum. I’ll help you with birth prep and assist creating a birth plan. Digital birth prep resources are included as well as some birth education. I’ll also be accessible by text, or phone throughout your pregnancy, and during the birth if you or your partner needs extra support.

Postpartum Check-In
This is for the new mom or parents who just need a little extra support once baby is here. Whether it’s through talking through feeding, processing your birth, or getting a few questions answered, I’m here to hold space for you. You may need a listening ear or you may need someone to load your dishwasher while you rest your eyes, or snuggle your babe. With these visits I meet you where you are and come ready to support you.

One 75 minute in home visit
Basic newborn care and breastfeeding support
Emotional Check In + local resource referrals if needed
