Hi, I’m Kelly, Holistic doula & childbirth educator based in Outer Banks, NC

Since 2017, I’ve supported women and families through pregnancy, birth and postpartum with personalized, heart-centered care. My passion is helping you reconnect with your intuition and strength so you feel empowered, informed, and deeply supported, no matter where you are in your journey

I truly believe that positive birth experiences can change motherhood, and therefore change the world.

Looking for a doula in the Outer Banks? I provide in-person prenatal visits, continuous support during labor and birth, and postpartum check-ins to help you feel grounded, supported, and cared for throughout it all.

Birth Education

Feeling prepared makes a big difference. I offer private childbirth education classes here in the Outer Banks and online group classes you can join from anywhere. We’ll cover everything from labor signs to pain relief options, how to advocate for yourself (and partner advocacy) and how to create a birth plan that aligns with your values. These classes are designed to help you feel informed, confident, and supported.
